Unlike the traditional real estate model, Lucra Real Estate primarily focus on the property management arm of our agency as opposed to sales where typical agents spend all of their time and resources.

You, our client, are placed at the centre of our business where you will have just one point of contact throughout each stage of your investment. This includes a BDM who is likely to be your first point of contact. The BDM will help you through the transition process into Lucra Real Estate.

When your property is vacant, you will be assigned your own leasing consultant who specializes in knowing your property and the area it is in. Your leasing consultant will be your sole point of contact until your tenant moves in. Once your tenant is settled in, you will be handed over to your property manager, who will look after you and be your sole point of contact throughout the tenancy. Your three points of contact are supported by a full compliment of staff including an advertising manager, professional photographer, inspection manager, maintenance contractors, accounts department and administration team.

Due to our unique approach and first class professional advertising campaigns, we statistically lease our clients properties faster than other agents, have lower tenant turnover and achieve higher rental yields. Our biggest point of difference that other agents are not focusing on is risk reduction. Lucra conduct rigorous background checks on tenants, regularly conduct video inspections throughout tenancies and where tenants do default and leave you with debt, we have a unique debt recovery program to recover as much of your loss as we can for you.
